Testimonials
"(…) Filip's passion for design shone through as he constantly sought out new knowledge, explored different design fields, and embraced a humble approach to his craft. Filip's versatility in design is evident, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of design principles while remaining open to continuous learning. What truly impressed me was his strong advocacy for accessibility in design, always striving to educate himself and the team on inclusive and user-friendly experiences. (…) As a Team Leader, it was a pleasure witnessing Filip's growth. With minimal supervision, he quickly gained confidence and took higher than expected ownership of his projects. I am very proud of Filip's achievements thorough last year, and I wholeheartedly recommend him as a talented and driven junior on a close path of becoming regular designer. With his passion, versatility, and continuous drive for improvement, Filip is poised to excel and make a lasting impact in the design field in the future."
Kamil Matuszewski, Design Team Leader at Miquido
“Filip demonstrates high proactivity and a sense of responsibility in all his previous projects and initiatives. Despite his relatively short tenure, he could independently handle the design and usability testing of an internal tool for generating reports for Miquido's clients. Filip established and maintained projects in Figma using the appropriate design system. He proposed specific solutions and even took the initiative for usability testing, highlighting the potential benefits of proactive behaviour within the company. In terms of communication and work organization, Filip frequently updates others on the progress of his work, providing detailed summaries at the end of each day. His timeliness and efficient management allow him to handle multiple responsibilities across projects. Furthermore, Filip exhibits openness to feedback, often asking for it and being receptive to suggestions.”
Wiktor Podgórny, Senior Project Manager at Miquido
“Filip did a three-month internship at Miquido during which I had the pleasure of being his mentor. We also worked together on a project during this time. Even though Filip was on an internship his technical skills far exceeded the intern level. His determination, ambition, and passion for design deserve recognition. He already has considerable theoretical UX/UI knowledge and enriches it with practice every day. I value people who can be counted on, and he is one of them! Filip also has, in my opinion, one of the most important competencies of a designer - fast learning. As a result, he was able to instantly incorporate the good practices he observed during the internship. Not only was he communicative, but also a good team player. I am glad that we met and I recommend working with Filip!”
Aleksandra Sroka, Senior UX/UI Designer at Miquido
“I had the pleasure of working with Filip from the time he joined Miquido, and in short - it was a real pleasure. Filip is a hard-working individual whose skills and knowledge impressed me. His proficiency in Figma was way beyond what could be expected from an Intern and is still impressive for a Junior Designer. Filip has a natural gift for spreading enthusiasm. He is optimistic, energetic and, at the same time - highly professional. Filip has all it takes to shine on the market and add his unique, personal value(s) to it.”
Jakub Skupień, Project Lead at Miquido
